World leaders to gather for COP27 Climate Summit

Back in 2016, the world agreed to try and reduce emissions and limit warming to 1.5 degrees Celcius. Turns out the world is not even close to that goal. The World Resources Institute recently released a report that shows to reach that goal, the world would have to take emissions down 43 percent by 2030. Right now we are on track to only reduce seven percent. ABC's Ginger Zee has the latest.
