When the mom goes to pet the pup, she sees that it's wearing a bandana that reads, "And then there were 4."
The grandma-to-be immediately cracks the code, gets excited, and gives her daughter a warm hug.
"This will always be one of my favorite moments," Meg told us. "Watch me telling my mother we were expecting our first baby and her first grandchild."
