Committee at odds with Northern Territory government over water plan

Australia's largest-ever water licence has been the subject of concerns from traditional owners and environmental groups over the past year and it's now back in the spotlight. A leaked letter obtained by the ABC shows the committee tasked with helping the Northern Territory government develop a water plan for the area does not support it.
