This SUPER-CLEAN canal in Shimabara, Japan is the home of colorful Carp/Koi fish

And just when you start thinking that you've seen it all, Mother Nature goes like, "You sure 'bout that?" This video is an example of that.

Watch Eva Anggeriani as she dips her phone/camera in canal water to reveal a beautiful glint of koi (carp) swimming in it.

"Shimabara is a small city located in Nagasaki, Japan, which is also known as the 'City of Swimming Carp,'" Eva told WooGlobe. "This is where we're amazed by the unusual sight of colorful koi carp swimming inside the street canal.

"The water is from the fresh springs as a result of Mount Unzen eruptions a long time ago, which then flows through the drain channels along some streets."

Eva went on to describe it as the "cleanest and clearest canal I’ve ever seen" and recommended her viewers visit it.
