SÍNDICO DE ASOGUAYAS SOSTIENE QUE LOS CARGOS DE PRESIDENTE Y TESORERO SON APEGADO A DERECHO

PAULO CÉSAR ZHINDON, OBTUVO DE FORMA CONTUNDENTE UN REVÉS CONSTITUCIONAL. LA JUSTICIA DESECHÓ SU DEMANDA CONTRA EL PRESIDENTE Y EL TESORERO DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE FÚTBOL DEL GUAYAS (ASOGUAYAS).

Los jueces del Tribunal de Garantías Penales del cantón Guayaquil, conformado por el Ab. José Geovanny Suárez, Ab. Kettya Matina López, y el Ab. Lenin Miguel Quiñonez, todos de forma unánime dictaron en contra de la demanda constitucional solicitada por Paulo César Zhindon socio del Club Deportivo Panamá, equipo de segunda categoría del Guayas.
La acción de protección presentada por Zhindon, buscaba que la justicia constitucional logre nulitar las elecciones del pasado mes de febrero, la misma que permitió que se ratifique el tercer mandato de Selim Doumet Herzog y el de Jorge Flor Elinán, como presidente y tesorero de la Asociación de Fútbol del Guayas (AsoGuayas), respectivamente.
