Animals at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo have been took part in early Halloween celebrations on Monday. Zookeepers filled carved pumpkins with the animals' favourite treats and hid them around their habitats. The conservation zoo’s ring-tailed lemurs spared no time removing the lids from the pumpkins and picking out the sweetcorn concealed inside, while greater one-horned rhino mum Behan and her daughter Zhiwa, for whom pumpkin itself is a special treat, had fun rolling the vegetables around with their horns before munching on the tasty pumpkin flesh.
