AZ Flash Flood Turns Road Into River

This street off Interstate 40 shows the severity of the flash flooding in Kingman, Arizona, on September 12. The roadway is completely submerged, and parts of the area saw up to 5 inches of rain in just 2 to 3 hours. Numerous flooded homes and vehicles were reported, some of which resulted in water rescues.
