Fall Sweet potato leaf harvest (and more #pesto)

It's finally hear...my yearly fall sweet potato leaf harvest for my bulk pesto recipe. Every year, I don't know how much will grow, so I have to calculate how much ingredients I need, but here it is for this year!

39 cups sweet potato greens (par-boiled) or combo greens
1 cup lemon juice
5 cups Sunflower seeds
1 Jelly Jar (12oz) of preserved garlic
1/2 to 3/4 cup salt
6 whole lemons-deseeded
5 cups fresh basil
2 cups onion greens
500 ml olive oil
5 cups parmesan cheese
1 5oz bag of nutritional yeast
