Major Change for Lawyers as Queen’s Counsels become King’s Counsels

The passing of Queen Elizabeth has prompted a shake up for Australia’s most senior lawyers. After King Charles' accession to the throne some of our senior barristers will now be known as "King's Counsel". Most recently of course they have been referred to as "Queen's Counsel".
