Girl passionately organizes a birthday party for her best friend before leaving town

In this soul-stirring video, Faith Rusch enthusiastically arranges a birthday surprise for her best friend three weeks in advance.
Faith can be seen spraying a large piece of fabric, drawing a heart on it, and writing, "Happy Birthday."
She also hangs pink and white balloons on the wall and decorates a wine bottle with glitter paper.

“My best friend's 21st birthday is at the end of the month, but I will not be in town with her for it because I will be studying abroad,” said Faith. “I wanted to make sure she felt loved and celebrated for her birthday, so I decided to decorate and surprise her a few weeks early.
“We spent the weekend on a boat at the lake with our friends, while also celebrating her 21st birthday.”
