Ongkili: Without MA63, there is no Malaysia

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) Maximus Ongkili has dismissed the proposal to have a new agreement to replace the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
"The MA63 is the foundation of the formation of the federation of Malaysia. Without MA63, there is no Malaysia. MA63 is the same as the oath stone," he told Dewan Rakyat during the Minister's Question Time session today.
Ongkili added that any change in the MA63 will deviate from the formation of Malaysia as enshrined in the Federal Constitution.
