Victoria's anti-corrupption has condmened an 'unethical culture' at the heart of the State Labor Party following a review into State MPs. The report follows public hearings into allegations of branch stacking levelled at former State Minister Adem Somyurek. Mr Somyurek was sacked from cabinet in teh wake of the claims, while his former factional allies Marlene Kairouz, Luke Donnellan and Robin Scott resigned. The watchdog has stopped short of recommending criminal charges but says the need for reform is now urgent.
