Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno, said Indonesia is ready to welcome tourists, including digital travelers, who could work from anywhere.

He said Indonesia welcomes digital nomads, especially in Bali, where there are many supporting infrastructures, facilities, and lifestyle that is connected to nature and local communities.

Research conducted by Harvard Business School shows that digital nomads and remote workers can be a breath of fresh air to support the economy, creating “tech clusters” around the world. See more in the video.
