What is the Nebo Slider?
The Nebo Slider is the world’s most lightweight and portable motion controlled slider, weighing in at under 3.2 pounds for the motorized version, and under 2.3 pounds for the non-motorized version. This 40" slider will break down into two 20 inch sections and will fit in a carry-on bag so it is easy to fly with.

You can use the Nebo Slider with one tripod, two tripods or setting the slider directly on the ground. The center mount and each end piece have 1/4" 20 and 3/8" 16 threads for mounting to tripods or heads.
By using carbon fiber and aircraft grade aluminum the Nebo Slider achieves a design that is ultralight and stable. With a weight limit of 8 pounds when using the center mount and 12 pounds when using two tripods, the Nebo Slider can accommodate a wide variety of cameras. The Nebo Slider can be used horizontally and vertically at angles up to 60 degrees.
Through the use of simple controls you can have the Nebo Slider up and running with your time lapse very quickly. You can control the speed and direction of the motion.
All of the electronics and the 9 volt battery are housed in one of the end pieces of the slider to keep the design as compact as possible. The slider has two switches: one for power and one for the direction. There is also a speed control knob to adjust the time it will take to move across the entire slider from 25 minutes to 110 minutes. An LED indicator will tell you if the slider is on.
