Stacy has a hard time keeping everyone obedient when she tries to keep the station running, so when Mr. King gives her a book that teaches her how to properly say "No!" to everyone and boss them around, her friends slowing begin to drift apart and become frustrated with her, so it's up to Stacy to put things right.
