Britain is witnessing its biggest rail strike in 30 years. Tens of thousands of rail workers participated in a mass walkout on June 21. Rail workers are protesting frozen salaries, changing working conditions, and proposed job cuts, reported The Indian Express. The strike will continue on June 23 and 25 as well. Last minute talks with train operating companies failed on June 2. Millions of travellers were affected by the strike.
