Duo of Women Blocks Bikers Trying to Ride on Sidewalk Illegally

This person was heading back home from work when they witnessed a bizarre sight in a traffic jam. A long queue of bikers illegally riding on a sidewalk was hilariously blocked and ignored by a duo of women casually walking around. They eventually giggled at this and gave both the ladies a thumbs up.
