SA Premier Peter Malinauskas won't say if the Treasurer and Sports Minister declared a conflict of interest relating to grants to sporting clubs they were members or known patrons of.

But he says the Ministerial Code of Conduct has been followed ... while the opposition is now looking to refer the grant program to the ombudsman.
