Call centre workers battle to make ends meet

Having a stable job and steady income used to mean that it wasn't a stretch to make ends meet but with the rising cost of living and stagnant wages workers are feeling the pitch more than ever. A survey of admin and call centre staff has revealed only a very small number feel they can live comfortably on their take-home pay.
