New vaccine in development for Tasmanian Devils

It was designed to protect us from coronavirus, but the COVID-19 vaccine has had an unusual side benefit for another species. Tasmanian devils have been largely eradicated by the devil facial tumour disease, but the COVID vaccine has given researchers a "huge boost".
