Boris Johnson to face Tory confidence vote today

The chairman of the 1922 Committee says a confidence vote in Boris Johnson will be held later today. Sir Graham Brady confirmed that the threshold “has been passed” and that a confidence vote in the prime minister will take place in the Commons between six and eight o’clock this evening.
