'The wildlife never ceases to amaze the masses and the proof is in this fascinating video.
Filmed by Laurent Chatton, this close-up footage is of a clattering of smart jackdaws preventing the comfy deer hair from going to waste.
"These jackdaws are pulling fur from a molting red deer to gather material for a comfy nest," Laurent said.
For those of you unaware, molting - or as many people see it as the shedding of hair - is the process that sees a deer replacing its hair coat. It happens twice a year, once around the springtime and then before fall kicks in.
The mere visual of the birds scouring the deer's body to acquire as much fur as possible, is the one to behold. What's even more incredible is the deer's gentle demeanor. After all, it's not easy to resist a free trim, isn't that right?
These marvelous scenes were caught on camera in London on April 8, 2022.
