उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा में सोमवार को बजट सत्र की शुरुआत हंगामे के साथ हुई। सत्र शुरू होते ही सपा विधायकों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल के पूरे अभिभाषण के दौरान सपा विधायक 'राज्यपाल वापस जाओ' के नारे लगाते रहे। महंगाई और बेरोजगारी के पोस्टर लहराए गए। समाजवादी पार्टी के विधायकों ने विभिन्न मुद्दों पर राज्य सरकार के खिलाफ विधानसभा में जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन किया. राज्यपाल अपना अभिभाष पढ़ती रहीं इस दौरान सपा विधायक लगातार हंगामा करते रहे, इतना ही नहीं सपा विधायक वेल तक पहुंच गया, सपा विधायकों ने सरकार के खिलाफ भी नारेबाजी की,
