ஆழ்ந்த காற்றழுத்த தாழ்வு மண்டலமாக வலுவிழந்த அசானி, மச்சிலிப்பட்டினம்-நர்சாபுரம் இடையே கரையை கடந்தது. புயல் கரையைக் கடந்தாலும், ஆந்திராவின் கடலோர மாவட்டங்களில் மணிக்கு 50 முதல் 60 கிலோ மீட்டர் வேகத்தில் காற்று வீசுவதுடன் கனமழை பெய்யும் என்று வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம் எச்சரித்துள்ளது.

Asani weakened into a deep depression and crossed the border between Machilipatnam and Narsapuram. The Center for Meteorology has warned that the storm will cross the coast but the coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh will experience winds of 50 to 60 kmph and heavy rains.
