Charles and William arrive for State Opening of Parliament

The Prince of Wales and The Duke of Cambridge arrive at the Palace of Westminster on Tuesday morning for the State Opening of Parliament. Prince Charles will deliver the Queen’s Speech in the House of Lords after the 96-year-old Monarch announced she will not be attending this year. The Queen’s eldest son and grandson will jointly exercise the function of State Opening in their role as Counsellors of State. Report by Jonesia.
