Prince Andrew, Harry and Meghan will be absent from the balcony appearance, with the Queen only including working members of her family in the line up.
Joining her will be Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William and Kate, and others.
But Harry and Meghan will attend the Jubilee celebrations with both their children.
