Victoria Premier pledges one off cost-of-living payment

As a sweetener on the eve of the state budget the Premier has promised a one-off 250- dollar payment for every Victorian household to ease cost-of -living pressures. He says tomorrow's budget will centre around health with billions of dollars earmarked for the hospital system left depleted by the pandemic
