Abu Salem Case: केंद्र का SC में हलफनामा, अबू सलेम की रिहाई पर 2030 में होगा विचार | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Central Government has told the Supreme Court that it will consider the release of gangster Abu Salem in the year 2030. In fact, an affidavit was filed in the Supreme Court on Tuesday against the life sentence of Abu Salem on behalf of the Union Home Ministry, Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla told the court in the affidavit that the government would fulfill the promise that was made at the time of extradition of Abu Salem. The then Former Home Minister Lal Krishna Advani did it to the Portuguese government.

Central Government ने Supreme Court से कहा है कि वो Gangster Abu Salem की रिहाई पर साल 2030 में विचार करेगी. दरअसल केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय की तरफ अबू सलेम की उम्रकैद सजा के खिलाफ मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हलफनामा दाखिल किया गया, केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय कुमार भल्ला ने हलफनामा में कोर्ट को बताया कि कि सरकार उस वादे को पूरा करेगी जो अबू सलेम के प्रत्यर्पण के वक्त तत्कालीन गृह मंत्री Lal Krishna Advani ने पुर्तगाल सरकार से किया था.
