रहेगी, इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने इस रोक के खिलाफ दाखिल याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। दरअसल मथुरा की एक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता शाहिदा ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर कहा था कि मांस औऱ शराब की बिक्री पर लगी रोक को हटाया जाना चाहिए, क्योंकि खाना पीना लोगों का मौलिक अधिकार है।
