Bitta Karate के खिलाफ केस खोलने की मांग, सतीश कुमार टिक्कू के परिवार की कोर्ट से गुहार

After nearly 32 years, the court has been taken to demand justice. Advocate Utsav Paines, on behalf of the family of Satish Kumar Tikku, has filed a criminal petition in the Srinagar Sessions Court. This petition is against terrorist Bitta Karate.
