A truly Krishna conscious person loses all inclination for material sense gratification, although the objects of enjoyment may be present. Always satisfied in the transcendental loving service of the Lord, such a person remains steady, like the ocean, and therefore enjoys full peace. By contrast, those who want to fulfill material desires, even up to the limit of liberation, never attain peace.
