Elie Mystal, author of "Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy’s Guide to the Constitution," and justice correspondent at The Nation shares why he thinks the Constitution is "kind of trash" with Salon's Dean Obeidallah. Mystal also addresses comments from conservatives surrounding Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson. "Because they can't find anything wrong, they go to all of these other kind of racist smear campaigns, because frankly, racism always works for them," he said.
