Pomfret Pakoda is a popular Non-Vegetarian appetiser recipe that is also a kid favourite. A pomfret fish is seasoned with Indian spices, ginger and garlic paste, and rice flour before being fried. It's crunchy and delicious to eat. It is simple to prepare and takes less than 30 minutes. Pomfret Pakoda is served hot with Garlic Mayonnaise or Tomato Ketchup as an appetiser.

2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
11/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
10-15 Mint Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
