How to Make and Roll Flowers With an Electric Drill

This woman shows how to make 3D flowers using paper, a Cricut machine, and an electric drill. After getting the designs online, she loaded them into a software to scale the shapes to size. Once that was and the flowers printed, she began rolling the flowers into shape using the drill and a handmade quilling tool.
