A little bit of Moscow, Ayrshire

The Scotsman pays a visit to Moscow, Ayrshire after it was reported that locals where considering a name change for the village in support of Ukraine.

Not only does the village share the name with the Russian city At 55 degrees north, the village is also on the same latitude as the Russian capital.

There is stream called Volga Burn and a number of signs on houses in Russian.
