Andrew, 62, reached an out-of-court settlement with Virginia Giuffre in February over the civil case she had brought against him in the US. Ms Giuffre claimed the Queen’s second son had sexually assaulted her three times 21 years ago when she was 17. The Duke of York’s accuser said she was trafficked to him by his former friend Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender, who took his own life in prison while awaiting trial for child sex trafficking charges just over two years ago.
