The political battle for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections is now in its final stages. On 7 March, voting will be held in 54 seats in nine districts of Purvanchal. All the parties have put their full strength for the last phase. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally in Mirzapur on Friday. During this, he made a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party and the opposition. Targeting the Samajwadi Party, the PM said that the family parties have to be defeated in this election.
