Lakhimpur Kheri Case: Ashish Mishra की Bail को SC में चुनौती, 11 March को सुनवाई | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Ashish Mishra, accused of crushing agitating farmers with a car last year in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, is out on bail. Now Prashant Bhushan, the lawyer of the family of the slain farmers, has demanded an early hearing from the Supreme Court on the petition against the bail of Ashish Mishra. After which Chief Justice of India NV Ramana has said to put the matter for hearing on March 11.

उत्तर प्रदेश के लखीमपुर खीरी में पिछले साल आंदोलन कर रहे किसानों को कार से कुचलने का आरोपी आशीष मिश्रा जमानत पर बाहर है. अब मारे गए किसानों के परिवार के वकील प्रशांत भूषण ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से आशीष मिश्रा की ज़मानत के खिलाफ याचिका पर जल्द सुनवाई की मांग की है. जिसके बाद चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया एनवी रमणा ने मामला 11 मार्च को सुनवाई के लिए लगाने की बात कही है.
