Amitabh Bachchan starrer Jhund, which will hit the big screens on March 4, revolves around a pack of slum dwellers. LatestLY’s Prathemesh Jadhav says Jhund, directed by Sairat director Nagraj Manjule, “is an immensely satisfying cinema experience only if you promise to give it a little more patience.” Amitabh Bachchan plays Vijay Borade, a retired teacher in the film. Jadhav says, “Jhund is not a pathbreaking film. It doesn’t break new ground really. It tells the story differently in terms of technique though.” Jadhav feels Jhund is a lengthy watch (2 hours 55 minutes) and it might test your patience. Watch the video to know more.
