U.S. gives planes to Philippines for recon patrols

The US government donated two Cessna 208B "Caravan" aircraft to the Philippine airforce on Thursday. The planes are intended to provided intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance... and will patrol the country's vast maritime domain and borders.
