यूक्रेन पर रूस की सैन्य कार्रवाई शुरू होने के साथ ही 22 फरवरी को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कच्चे तेल के दाम 100 डॉलर प्रति बैरल के करीब पहुंच गए हैं. इसके बावजूद घरेलू स्तर पर पेट्रोल और डीजल की कीमतें लगातार स्थिर हैं. भारतीय तेल कंपनियों ने आज 23 फरवरी को भी पेट्रोल-डीजल के दामों में बढ़ोतरी नहीं की है.
