Russia expels US deputy chief of mission from Moscow

Russia had expelled Bart Gorman, US deputy chief of mission in Moscow, in retaliation for the expulsion of Russian diplomats from Washington.  Russian diplomats who had been in the US for more than three years, including Russia’s minister-counsellor at its Washington embassy, were required to leave by January 30 and June 30.
