This is the dramatic moment a bus span out of control and flipped onto its side - trapping and injuring 27 people.
CCTV footage shows the red minibus veering across a road in Kolkata, India alongside other vehicles.
It then violently veers to the right - ending up on its side, with passengers stuck underneath.
Reports say up to 27 people were taken to hospital following the incident, which happened on January 30.
And a police probe has allegedly revealed that the bus had at least 203 traffic violations against it before the crash.
The driver, identified as Sarfaraz Khan, 27, was arrested shortly after the incident.
It is claimed that the front left tyre of the bus had burst, which is what caused the vehicle to collapse on one side.
