The Queen issued a statement that when Prince Charles becomes King, Camilla's title will be Queen Consort despite previously stating she would be known as Princess Consort. Historian ProfAnna Whitelock claimed the Duchess of Cornwall’s future role will be to Prince Charles as Prince Philip’s was to Her Majesty.
