Government to establish task force to look at issues in aged care sector

The federal government will set up a task force to look at how the aged care sector has responded to the deadly Omicron COVID wave. Peak industry bodies says the nation is failing to prioritise care of the elderly, and of the staff who are expected to look after them during the pandemic.
