Congress today released its manifesto regarding Uttarakhand assembly elections. National General Secretary of Congress Priyanka Gandhi released the manifesto of the party in Dehradun, Uttarakhandi Swabhiman Pratigya Patra. Priyanka Gandhi released this manifesto with the tag line of Chardham Char Kaam In this manifesto, the Congress has made four promises to the people of the state.In this manifesto, the Congress has promised the people of Uttarakhand to give 40 thousand rupees annually to 5 lakh families. On the other hand, it has been said to provide employment to 4 lakh youth of the state.Apart from this, Congress has said in its manifesto that health facilities will reach every door in every village of the state. The Congress also promised to implement 21 types of pension in Uttarakhand. Also, in the first year 100 units of electricity will be given free to the residents of the hill state and next year 200 units of electricity will be given free.

कांग्रेस ने आज उत्तराखंड विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर अपना घोषणा पत्र जारी कर दिया.कांग्रेस की राष्ट्रीय महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी ने देहरादून में पार्टी का घोषणा पत्र उत्तराखंडी स्वाभिमान प्रतिज्ञा पत्र जारी किया.प्रियंका गांधी ने चारधाम चार काम की टैग लाइन के साथ यह घोषणा पत्र जारी किया.अपने इस घोषणा पत्र में कांग्रेस ने सूबे की जनता से चार वादे किए हैं.कांग्रेस ने अपने इस घोषणा पत्र में उत्तराखंड की जनता से 5 लाख परिवारों को सालाना 40 हजार रुपए देने का वादा किया है.वहीं प्रदेश के 4 लाख युवाओं को रोजगार देने की बात कही गई है.इसके अलावा कांग्रेस ने अपने घोषणा पत्र में कहा है कि प्रदेश के हर गांव में हर द्वार पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं पहुंचेंगी.कांग्रेस ने चुनाव से पहले उत्तराखंड की जनता से घोषणा पत्र में यह वादा भी किया है कि गैस सिलेंडर के दाम 500 के पार नहीं होंगे.कांग्रेस ने उत्तराखंड में 21 तरह की पेंशन लागू करने का भी वादा किया.साथ ही पहले साल 100 यूनिट बिजली पहाड़ी राज्य के निवासियों को फ्री मिलेगी और अगले साल 200 यूनिट बिजली फ्री दी जाएगी.
