This video captures the exact moment Frederique F St-Amand landed on her head and shoulder while practicing a new move.
"I had been doing some pole dance at home for a little over a year, all self-taught," the subject told us. "As for this video, I was trying to do my first 'superman' but I didn't move my upper hand and my leg locked it into place.
"Once I realized that I messed up, I started fearing that the fail would break my bones but thankfully, it didn't!"
