PM defends government's handling of RATs and hospitals

The Prime Minister has launched a broad defence of his government's handling of the pandemic - arguing the Omicron variant has been one of the biggest challenges yet. While detailing visa changes aimed at getting more students and backpackers into the country, Scott Morrison also defended shortages of rapid antigen tests, and precautions taken to protect hospitals.
