पिछले दिनों धर्म संसद जैसे आयोजनों में भड़काऊ भाषणों की घटनाएं सामने आई है.इसे लेकर उपराष्ट्रपति वेंकैया नायडू ने कहा कि धर्मनिर्पेक्षता हर भारतीय के खून में है और हमारा देश अपनी संस्कृति और विरासत के लिए दुनिया भर में सम्मानित है.उपराष्ट्रपति नायडू ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि नफरत फैलाने वाले भाषण देश की संस्कृति, संविधान और लोकाचार के खिलाफ होते हैं.उन्होने कहा कि देश में हर इनसान को अपना पसंदीदा धर्म अपनाने का और प्रचार का भी अधिकार है.
