उत्तर प्रदेश के अलीगढ़ में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की लापरवाही सामने आई है.हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट ने अपनी लापरवाही से एक जिंदा महिला को मरा हुआ बता दिया.ऐसे में अब विभाग की लापरवाही को लेकर सभी जगहों पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं.अलीगढ़ में पूर्व मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने अप्रेल-मई महीने में कोविड की दूसरी लहर के दौरान मरने वालों की सूची बनाई थी.इस लिस्ट में अनजाने में एक महिला शकुंतला देवी का नाम मृतकों के रूप में एड कर दिया था. महिला ने कहा कि उसे इस मामले का तब मालूम हुआ अफसरों ने परिवार के सदस्यों को मुआवजे देने से पहले सत्यापन के लिए बुलाया था.
